Healthy food lovers, rejoice — Urban Greens has officially opened its latest store in the heart of Shoreditch, marking the brand’s sixth London location. Known for redefining grab-and-go dining with flavour-packed, chef-driven dishes, the new Urban Greens store features 22 indoor seats, with outdoor seating coming soon.
Guests can enjoy the brand’s signature menu, including vibrant salad favourites like the Beef Saigon, Salmon Avocado, and Urban Caesar. For those craving something heartier, the menu also offers warm, nourishing trays such as the Sinaloa and Aegean, crafted by Head of Food Finn Tonry.
As a tribute to Shoreditch’s creative culture, the new location showcases a custom mural by artist Sedef Komurgoz, adding a local artistic flair to the space.
A Homegrown Brand with Heart
Founded by three university friends — Rushil Ramjee, Houman Ashrafzadeh, and Yannis Drivas — Urban Greens began with a simple mission: to make healthy food exciting again. What started as a solution to dull desk lunches has grown into a London-wide success story.
“Shoreditch felt like the natural next step — it’s a hub for creativity, food and energy, all things that align with what we’re about,” says co-founder Rushil Ramjee.
Houman adds, “We’ve always loved this part of the city. There’s a real sense of community here, and we’re excited to be a part of it.”
Yannis comments, “We’re grateful to our customers for helping us grow one location at a time. Opening our sixth store in such a dynamic area is something we’re proud of.”
Sustainable, Stylish, and Ready to Serve
Urban Greens continues to lead with sustainability in mind — all bowls and trays are 100% compostable, and lids are fully recyclable. The new Shoreditch store offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery via Deliveroo.
