Fans of The Mandalorian and American Gods are in for a treat this November as Omid Abtahi joins the guest line-up for MCM Birmingham Comic Con 2025, taking place from 28–30 November at the NEC Birmingham.
Known for his role as Dr. Penn Pershing in the Star Wars hit series The Mandalorian and as Salim in American Gods, Abtahi has become a familiar face in both television and gaming. His impressive résumé also includes appearances in The Boys, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, and Fear the Walking Dead.
In the gaming world, Abtahi’s voice has brought to life characters across blockbuster titles like Diablo IV, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. He also took flight as Carter Hall (Hawkman) in DC’s animated film Justice Society: World War II — marking his first time donning a superhero persona.
