A One-Day Wedding Weekend Service
The complimentary service will be available for one day only at three participating Premier Inn hotels:
- Premier Inn London Bank (Tower)
- Premier Inn Ross-on-Wye
- Premier Inn Northwich Sandiway
Guests staying at these locations can request the service during check-in and have wedding attire professionally steamed before attending their event.
From dresses and suits to shirts and jumpsuits, the concierge service aims to ensure guests arrive looking polished and photo-ready.
Why Wedding Guests Need It
According to the brands, Saturday 6 June is expected to be one of the busiest wedding guest booking days of the year.
While many guests spend hours planning the perfect outfit, travel can often leave garments wrinkled and difficult to refresh quickly. The new service offers a convenient solution without requiring guests to wrestle with hotel irons or search for laundry facilities.

The service is powered by the new AeroSteam garment steamer from Tefal UK.

How the Crease-Free Concierge Works
The service will operate between 9:30am and 4:00pm on Saturday 6 June 2026.
To take advantage of the offer, guests must:
- Be staying at one of the participating Premier Inn hotels on 5 or 6 June 2026
- Register their interest during check-in
- Bring garments to the designated steaming room within the hotel
The service is completely free of charge.
According to Tefal and Premier Inn, the selected locations were chosen based on wedding venue popularity data from Hitched.co.uk, which identified counties including Herefordshire, Cheshire and London among the UK’s leading wedding destinations.
