Fuelled by bold, spice-rich cooking, the Iraqi-born, London-raised chef is known for blending tradition, fire and flavour in unforgettable ways. Suzie is celebrated for ‘The Little Sauce’ pop-ups and her inventive use of British produce, reimagined through Iraqi-inspired dishes. Her unique culinary heritage lies at the heart of everything she does; creating vibrant meals that celebrate connection, culture, and fearless flavour.
