Rhubarb and Custard Summer Slushie
Ingredients
Lots of ice
75ml Rhubarb simple syrup
75ml gin
15ml elderflower liqueur
250ml Brothers Rhubarb & Custard Cider
Raspberry & lime to garnish
Method – serves 2
• Add plenty of ice to a blender and pour in the Rhubarb syrup, Gin, Elderflower liqueur and Brothers Rhubarb & Custard Cider.
• Blend until smooth.
• Serve with a raspberry and lime to garnish.
Tropical Festival Apple
Ingredients
Lots of ice
440ml Brothers Festival Apple Cider
75ml golden spiced rum
150ml mango juice
Top with lemonade
Garnish with mango slices
Method – serves 4
• Add plenty of ice to a pitcher or jug.
• Add spiced rum, mango juice and Brothers Festival Apple Cider.
• Top with lemonade.
• Serve and garnish with mango slices.
Cherry Bakewell Float
Ingredients
Brothers pint glass
30ml chilled Amaretto
200ml chilled Brothers Cherry Bakewell Cider
100ml chilled Cola
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 glace cherry to garnish
Method – serves 1
• Add Amaretto, Brothers Cherry Bakewell Cider and cola to a pint glass.
• Add a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream.
• Top with a glace cherry to garnish.
