Brand new UK camping festival State Fayre has revealed its second wave of artists for its debut edition, taking place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford from 26–28 June 2026. The announcement cements the festival’s status as one of the most ambitious new live music events in the UK calendar, blending Americana, indie, country and rock with a full-scale food and culture experience.
Joining the bill are Stephen Wilson Jr., Jack Savoretti, Orville Peck, Razorlight, The Magic Numbers, Molly Tuttle, alongside an extensive list of emerging and established artists set to perform across the weekend.

Kings of Leon, Neil Young and The Lumineers to Headline State Fayre 2026
Already confirmed as headline performers are Kings Of Leon, Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts, and The Lumineers, with further standout appearances from The Black Crowes, Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton, Counting Crows, KT Tunstall, The Coral, Sierra Ferrell, Max McNown, and many more.
With a capacity of around 30,000, State Fayre is being billed as the UK’s largest music and barbecue festival, combining major international artists with a distinctly American-inspired festival atmosphere — all less than 30 minutes from London.
Stephen Wilson Jr. Brings His Acclaimed Live Show to Essex
Among the most exciting new additions is Stephen Wilson Jr., whose unconventional career path — spanning boxing, science and songwriting — has helped shape his deeply personal, genre-blurring sound. After signing a publishing deal with BMG Nashville in 2016, Wilson Jr. has gone on to build a cult following.
Fresh from a sold-out 2025 søn of dad tour and a standout appearance on Later… with Jools Holland, his State Fayre set promises to be one of the weekend’s most compelling performances.
Jack Savoretti Returns With New Music and a Summer Festival Set
Now approaching 20 years into his career, Jack Savoretti continues to evolve. With eight studio albums to date — including two UK Number Ones — the singer-songwriter will arrive at State Fayre following the release of his ninth album, We Will Always Be the Way We Were, out 10 April 2026.
The record explores themes of reflection and self-acceptance, and fans can expect to hear new material alongside fan favourites when Savoretti takes to the Hylands Park stage this summer.
Orville Peck, Razorlight and The Magic Numbers Join the Line-Up
Orville Peck arrives at State Fayre following a creative high in 2025, marked by the release of his bold EP Appaloosa. Known for his genre-defying take on modern country and his striking visual identity, Peck’s festival appearance is set to be a highlight.
Also announced are Razorlight, one of Britain’s defining indie bands of the 2000s, whose debut Up All Night helped shape the London indie scene. The band return following their 2024 album Planet Nowhere, bringing classic tracks like Golden Touch and Somewhere Else back to festival crowds.
Meanwhile, The Magic Numbers will bring their signature harmonies and uplifting live energy to State Fayre, revisiting material from their Mercury Prize-nominated debut and beyond.
Grammy-Winner Molly Tuttle Adds Americana Firepower
Further strengthening State Fayre’s Americana credentials is Molly Tuttle, a GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and virtuoso guitarist. Her 2025 album So Long Little Miss Sunshine earned nominations for Best Americana Album and Best Americana Performance, and she remains one of the most exciting artists in contemporary roots music.
Her live show — blending bluegrass, folk, rock and pop — is set to be a must-see moment of the weekend.
Full Second-Wave Artist Announcement
Also appearing across the weekend are Anna Graves, Aubory Bugg, Ava Hall, barrett, Bebe Stockwell, Dave Lofts, Dermot Henry, Elles Bailey, Hayden Blount, Ike Dweck, Isak Benjamin, Jamie McIntyre, Joe Jordan, Juno James, Kezia Gill, Leah Blevins, McGrath, Nate Bergman, RYMAN, Sarah Julia, Sons of Habit and Tooth, with more names still to come.
BBQ, Americana Culture and Boutique Camping
Beyond the music, State Fayre promises a full cultural experience inspired by American state fairs, tailgate parties and long summer nights. The festival will host The FUME Pit, curated by the UK’s premier BBQ festival FUME, co-founded by social media sensation EatingWithTod.
Festivalgoers can expect award-winning pitmasters, live fire cooking demos, vegetarian and vegan options, whiskey tastings, craft beer and cocktail bars, plus boutique camping and classic fairground rides.
“There’s Still Plenty More to Come”
Festival organisers Anna-Sophie Mertens and Alex Simmonds of Live Nation said:
“We’ve been delighted with the response to State Fayre so far, and we can’t wait to bring a brand new major camping festival to Essex. Today’s announcement brings even more incredible artists to the line-up, reflecting the energy and ambition behind State Fayre — and there’s still plenty more to come.”
