Plant-based and all-natural food brand, Gosh!, has released a new charity e-book, jam-packed with tasty, effortless and nutritious vegan recipes. The e-book, that is free to download from the Gosh! website, has been developed with kindness in mind. For every download, £1 will be donated to 52 Lives, a charity that aims to change someone’s life every week of the year by spreading kindness.

With over 500,000 people in the UK signing up to Veganuary last month[1], and over 19 million Brits adopting a flexitarian diet[2], the demand for easy vegan recipes is ever-growing. A recent study showed that 25 per cent[3] of us are inspired to try plant-based products, due to the fact that they’re a more ‘natural choice’.

Comprising of eight unique ‘goodness bowls’, the delicious dishes include low-calorie options, quick 15-minute meals, and seriously wholesome ideas for the whole family. Recipes range from a creamy Vegan Carbonara and banging Bangers & Mash, to a fragrant Moroccan Tagine Bowl, proving that vegan cooking is easy to do, and far from dull!

William Topp, Marketing Manager at Gosh! says

We are really excited about the launch of our new virtual recipe book. Encouraging people to inject more colour and nutrients into their meals, this book is the perfect way to inspire food lovers and give beginners a bit of confidence in the kitchen too! At Gosh!, we believe that kindness is key, which is why all our products are kind to your body and kind to the planet. Because of this, the decision to donate to the 52 Lives charity for every download was an easy one as we share the same values. And after the year we’ve all had – we could all do with a little extra kindness in our lives!

The 52 Lives charity is based on the simple premise that people are good, and lots of good people working together can achieve wonderful things. People from all over the world can nominate someone in need of help – and every week, 52 Lives choose someone to help by sharing their story and giving them the tools they need to help change their life.
