Saturday 16th August marks National Rum Day and LIMIN SOUTHBANK is turning up the heat with an unforgettable bottomless brunch hosted on its beach in the heart of London’s Southbank. Known for bringing island vibes to the city, LIMIN is marking the occasion in true tropical style, with rum flowing freely and a menu packed with bold Caribbean flavour.
Sip on bottomless rum cocktails served by the jug for 90 mins, to the backdrop of island beats and great vibes from start to finish. Rum isn’t just on the drinks menu though as taking centre stage on the food front are LIMIN’s signature rum-glazed chicken wings – sticky, spiced and made to pair perfectly with your drink in hand. Alongside the wings, guests will have the choice of Caribbean hummus to start and mains of spicy BBQ chicken, mammies veggie curry or masala fish all served with rice. The bottomless cocktails include the Beach Berry Mojito and Island Mojito, and guests will be served a signature LIMIN rum punch on arrival.
There are two brunch sittings to choose from: an early session from 12pm – 1:30pm and a later session at 2:30pm – 4pm. Tickets are £55 and include 2 courses and bottomless cocktails.
