Spotify has announced the lineup for the return of the misfits 2.0 Anti-Prom taking place Thursday 26th October at The Steel Yard, London. The misfits 2.0 Anti-Prom debuted last year with a LOUD and proud evening celebrating all things alternative and an antithesis to the high school movie cliche.
This year, it’s back and bigger than ever, featuring performances and DJ sets from some of the playlist’s most loved artists including Jazmin Bean, WARGASM, Cody Frost, ALT BLK ERA, Deijvuhs and Tokky Horror (DJ).
The event will be hosted at The Steel Yard and guests will be invited to dress to impress in their finest Anti-Prom looks to showcase the misfits aesthetic in eye-catching style. If the looks on display at last year’s event were anything to go by, normies need not apply.
Outside of the music, there will be opportunities for guests to show off their Anti-Prom outfits with professional shots in the specially designed photo area.
The misfits 2.0 playlist was launched by Spotify in 2020 and has since amassed over half a million likes. It’s grown to become a destination for hyper-engaged young music fans to discover a new generation of boundary-breaking artists who are making music that cannot be defined by the traditional genres of rock and alternative music.
Tickets are available now for £5, with all proceeds being donated to Youth Music, a charity committed to offering music-making opportunities to young people across the UK. Fans can apply for tickets here, as well as following the misfits 2.0 playlist and artists for bespoke fan offers.
