Some of the highlights are the showstopping boards of house cured beef fillet with a truffle emulsion, Pan con Tomate, fresh flatbreads from the Coca oven, Brixton honey with Manchego, and exquisite courgette carpaccio with burnt lemon. The al-fresco locale will also be showcasing a refreshing new range of diverse cocktails, with a mixologist-crafted menu full of fusion and Mediterranean-esque essences.
