Two cult food favourites have joined forces for a limited-edition collaboration inspired by Miami’s burger trends and the Taiwanese food scene, that delivers one of the most flavour-packed launches of the summer. SoBe Burger and Little Bao Boy have unveiled two exclusive menu items available nationwide, bringing a fresh twist to Britain’s ongoing smash burger obsession, through a fusion of American comfort food and bold Asian-inspired flavours.
The first of the creations is the Double Drip Hoisin Stack, available through SoBe Burger. The burger combines double-smashed beef patties and American cheese with Little Bao Boy’s signature hoisin pulled beef, layered over pickled cucumbers and finished with hoisin sauce, chilli crunch mayo, crispy onions, sesame seeds, and spring onions – all served inside a Japanese shokupan bun.
Meanwhile, Little Bao Boy is serving up its own take with the SoBe x Little Bao Boy Cheeseburger Bao, which packs a smashed beef patty, American cheese, dill pickle, house sauce, chives, and crispy onions into a soft bao bun.
The unique collaboration has been made possible through Sessions, the distribution platform behind both brands. Founded in 2020 by former Deliveroo executive Dan Warne, Sessions helps food brands scale nationally through a network of more than 400 delivery kitchens and high-street restaurant locations. The company has rapidly expanded in recent years, helping transform much-loved independent concepts into nationwide names while facilitating more than five million orders through its platform to date.
