This Christmas, Shake Shack has teamed up with Fortnum & Mason, the legendary British retailer famed for its teas, biscuits and seasonal magic, to launch an indulgent new festive drinks menu — available across Shake Shack UK locations from 5th November to 6th January.
In a match made in foodie heaven, the collaboration blends Fortnum’s iconic Christmas Merrilossus biscuits and Christmas black tea with Shake Shack’s signature hand-spun shakes and Fifty/Fifty lemonades. The result? A limited-edition lineup that captures the joy (and flavour) of the season.

Merrilossus Shake
A rich Fortnum & Mason Merrilossus biscuit milk tea shake swirled with cranberry and topped with whipped cream and chopped Merrilossus biscuits.
Christmas Cranberry Fifty/Fifty
A refreshing yet spiced twist — tart cranberry lemonade infused with Fortnum’s Christmas Tea for a perfect holiday balance.
“When creating this holiday drink menu with Fortnum & Mason, we aimed to bring the holiday magic that Fortnum & Mason is known for to Shake Shack classics,” says Peter Kayaian, Shake Shack’s Global Culinary and Product Development Manager.
“The shake blends bold tea with crushed Merrilossus biscuits and milk, layered over cranberry purée — while the Fifty/Fifty adds a festive twist on our signature lemonade. We’re thrilled to bring these to guests across the UK this season.”
