Wrapped in a giant blue bow, the powerful vacuum was delivered to Dyson HQ in Malmesbury by YouTuber Zac Alsop, known for his audacious social stunts and sneak-ins. With cameras rolling, Zac and his delivery crew made their stealthy attempt to hand over the high-spec gift. While security held firm, Samsung’s mission was simple – to show off the Bespoke AI Jet™ Ultra, the world’s most powerful stick vacuum with an impressive 400W of suction power.
The film, launching today, captures the full delivery, giving viewers a front-row seat as Samsung cheekily tries to out-clean the competition, with innovation leading the charge.

In honour of each of James’ 78 years, the first 78 people to arrive with a birthday card for him will receive a Samsung Bespoke AI Jet™ Ultra, worth £1,199, completely free of charge.
How it works:
- If you are over 18 and a UK resident, bring a birthday card for James Dyson and join the queue outside Samsung KX on Saturday, May 3. Doors open at 11am.
- If you’re one of the first 78 through the doors when the store opens, with a birthday card for James Dyson you’ll receive a ticket that secures you a free Samsung Bespoke AI Jet™ Ultra (one per household).
- Your vacuum will be ordered by Samsung staff for home delivery – no need to carry it home yourself. Bring ID as proof of age and address.
- Get yourself a slice of cake, and don’t forget your party bag on the way out.
- Once all 78 vacuums have been given away, exclusive discount vouchers will be offered to the remaining guests who want to experience the power of the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet™ Ultra.
