South West London’s pizza scene is set for a major upgrade as Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana confirms it will open a brand-new site in Clapham Junction, bringing its celebrated Neapolitan-style pizzas to Lavender Hill this May.
Opening on 21st May 2026, the new restaurant becomes the brand’s eighth London location, strengthening its growing presence across the capital’s most food-loving neighbourhoods.

Each pizza begins with fresh dough made daily using Caputo “00” flour, which is then left to prove for 24 hours to develop its signature texture and flavour.
Toppings are sourced directly from Italy, including:
- San Marzano tomatoes, grown in volcanic soil near Mount Vesuvius
- Fior di latte mozzarella from Latteria Sorrentina
Once prepared, pizzas are cooked for just 60 seconds at 430°C, creating the brand’s iconic soft base and airy, blistered crust.
