NOTTO, the beloved London pasta brand founded by Michelin-starred chef Phil Howard and entrepreneur Julian Dyer, is opening a brand-new fast-casual restaurant in Broadgate this December. Known for its ingredient-led ethos and two acclaimed Pasta Bars in Piccadilly and Covent Garden, NOTTO is now expanding with a concept designed specifically for busy City workers and Londoners who want premium pasta without compromising on speed or quality.
Opening on Monday 22 December, the new NOTTO Broadgate marks the brand’s first evolution into the fast-casual dining scene. Guests can expect the same exceptional attention to ingredients and technique that built NOTTO’s reputation—now served in a quick-service format built for Londoners on the move.

A New Era of Fast-Casual Dining
NOTTO Broadgate introduces an intuitive, screen-free tray-slide ordering system, replacing impersonal kiosks with a human-first service experience. Guests begin by choosing their pasta—cooked fresh to order—before moving along the line to select salads or snacks. Because NOTTO’s pasta is freshly made, dishes are ready in minutes.
Everything on the menu is created in-house, from sauces and focaccia to desserts. This commitment mirrors the ingredient-focused philosophy found at NOTTO’s Pasta Bars, ensuring the fast-casual expansion maintains the same culinary integrity.
The Menu: Six Pastas, Four Salads & a Dedicated Burrata Bar
NOTTO Broadgate will serve six signature pastas alongside four salads, perfect for lighter lunches. A dedicated Burrata Bar—featuring exceptional burrata sourced from Buchanans Cheesemonger—adds another premium touch.
