Curated by Executive Chef Michael Paul, the eight-course Omakase menu showcases the very best of Nobu’s globally celebrated cuisine and is priced at £140 per person, with a vegetarian option available at the same price.
Designed to be shared, the menu opens with Yellowtail Jalapeño topped with caviar, followed by a decadent Toro Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa dressing. Diners are then treated to iconic Nobu favourites including Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon and Rock Shrimp Tempura, served with three signature sauces.
The experience continues with the legendary Black Cod Miso and Anticucho-style beef tenderloin, before finishing with an elegant selection of assorted sushi. Dessert brings the evening to a romantic close, featuring pecan praline, milk chocolate, goma mousse, and strawberry and shiso sorbet.
