Mermaid Gin Leads The Way During London Cocktail Week With A River Clean Along South Bank

Mermaid Gin announces the launch of tickets for a one of a kind river clean along South Bank, London to raise money for Surfers Against Sewage during London Cocktail Week. The river clean will take place from 2-5pm on Sunday 16th October and there are 25 tickets available to consumers. 
 
All participants will be treated post-clean to a complimentary Mermaid Gin cocktail at Sea Containers Restaurant in South Bank and will also be able to enjoy a series of short films and sustainability talks from Pete Lewis, Director of Fundraising at Surfers Against Sewage. The £10 ticket cost will be donated to Surfers Against Sewage to help drive their campaigns and secure a thriving future for the ocean.  
Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) is a national marine conservation and campaigning charity tackling plastic pollution and protecting the UK’s coastline for people to enjoy safely and sustainably. SAS  protect oceans, waves, beaches and wildlife and began as a response by the surfing community to the state of UK beaches.  Thanks to the passion and perseverance of its members, the UK now enjoys some of the cleanest beaches in Europe. Members now not only include surfers but also, swimmers, dog walkers, paddle boarders, beach cleaners and kite surfers. The £10 tickets will be donated to Surfers Against Sewage and will help protect the UK’s coastline.  
 
Tickets are available from designmynight for £10 per person
Each ticket holder will receive a complementary Mermaid Gin cocktail after the beach clean at Sea Containers, South Bank.
