Leon has launched its Autumn menu, unveiling a selection of new dishes alongside a return of fan-favourite beverages. The additions are designed to reflect what research shows diners want most – natural ingredients, fresh preparation, and generous portions – with each newcomer creatively combining flavour, protein, and fresh seasonal produce.
The new Big Breakfast Sandos offer the perfect way to kickstart the day:
- The Korean Chicken & Egg Sando combines crispy chicken, two free-range omelette bites, provolone cheese, Korean mayo and fresh spinach, stacked in a toasted sourdough bun.
- The Halloumi, Egg & Avo Sando offers grilled Cypriot halloumi, smashed avocado, omelette bites, spinach leaves, and a blend of Leon ketchup and chilli sauce, also served in toasted sourdough. Both sandwiches deliver a balanced, protein-rich start to the day without sacrificing taste or texture.
For the perfect pick-me-up part way through the day, the menu also introduces the Bowl’d range, an evolution of the Rice Boxes. Each bowl is built on Leon’s signature brown rice and layered with fresh vegetables, protein, and bold flavours. Options include:
- Aioli Chicken with chargrilled thigh, aromatic pickled peppers, fresh slaw and toasted seeds
- Paprika Chicken & Firecracker Zhoug with smoky paprika chicken, charred peppers and golden goddess sauce
- Moroccan Meatballs with Leon tomato sauce and spiced beef.
- Supergreen Falafel with herby Green Goddess sauce, charred pepper, pink kraut, and fresh slaw.
- Peanut Satay Chicken with chargrilled chicken, pickled cucumbers, and fresh slaw.
You can level up your Leon fix with the brand new sides, designed to complement both the bowls and the sandwiches. Cheddar & Black Pepper Mac Bites serve up a crisp, cheesy comfort classic, while Caesar Slaw combines mixed cabbage and carrots in a creamy honey mustard dressing finished with Grana Padano. The Spicy Firecracker Chicken Mezze is ideal for those who want a punch of heat, with its topping of firecracker sauce and fresh herbs.
By popular demand, Honeycomb returns in three seasonal drinks: the Honeycomb Latte, Iced Honeycomb Latte, and Honeycomb Hot Chocolate, all available with your milk of choice as the perfect accompaniment for an Autumnal treat no matter what the weather.
