As Rio joins the station, Majestic will transition from KISS to KISS Dance, where he will host a new Friday and Saturday night slot (7pm–9pm).
The move positions Majestic within the KISS Dance ecosystem, strengthening its focus on high-energy club culture and dancefloor-driven programming.
Talina Joins KISS Dance from Rinse FM
Also joining the network is Talina, moving from Rinse FM to KISS Dance. Known for her deep connection to underground music culture, Talina brings credibility and curatorial expertise within electronic and club music scenes.
Her arrival further cements KISS Dance as a destination for listeners seeking cutting-edge sound and authentic underground influence.
Leadership Welcomes New Era of Talent
KISS Content Director Paul Gerrard highlighted the significance of the changes, stating:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Rio and Talina to the KISS team. Both bring undeniable authenticity and authority to the airwaves. Their influence extends beyond radio—they are curators, tastemakers, and powerful voices in the industry.”
He added that the move reflects a wider commitment to elevating diverse female talent across the station’s platforms.
KISS Xtra Expands Weekend Programming
Alongside changes at KISS and KISS Dance, KISS Xtra is also entering a new phase with refreshed weekend programming:
- Friday 7pm: Sir DJ Corey In The Mix delivers a high-energy blend of Black music and culture genres.
- Saturday 9pm: Larizzle joins the lineup, showcasing Afro House, Afro Electronic, and global percussion-driven club sounds.
The updated schedule continues KISS Xtra’s focus on genre-blending, culture-forward programming built for weekend listeners.
National Expansion with DAB Rollout
In addition to programming changes, KISS Dance and KISS Xtra are expanding their reach through a DAB rollout across Birmingham, Liverpool, and Manchester, increasing access for listeners across major UK cities.
Paul Gerrard noted:“This rollout highlights our commitment too, and belief in, both these brands and what they offer to listeners across the UK who love their music.”
A New Chapter for KISS
This latest shake-up signals a wider transformation across the KISS network, as the brand continues to evolve with presenters and programming that not only entertain but actively shape the UK’s music conversation.
With new talent, expanded reach, and a refreshed sonic direction, KISS is positioning itself firmly at the centre of contemporary radio culture.
