Bandai Namco Entertainment has officially unveiled the final character for the TEKKEN 8 Season 2 Pass — Miary Zo, an original fighter inspired by Madagascan legends and African martial arts. Fans won’t have to wait long to test her power: she arrives in early access on 2 December 2025 for Character Pass owners, and for all players on 5 December 2025.
A New Era Begins: Meet Miary Zo, the “Fighting God Reborn”
Miary Zo, known as the “Fighting God Reborn,” serves as the vessel of the Silver Fighting God, a divine figure from Madagascan folklore. Her fighting style is deeply rooted in Morengy, a traditional Madagascan combat art, and features influences from various African fighting styles. Her movements are also inspired by the grace and agility of animals she observed growing up — bringing a truly unique rhythm and energy to the TEKKEN arena.
Joy, Respect, and Battle Friendships
Unlike many fighters in the series, Miary Zo brings a refreshing optimism and open-hearted spirit to the battlefield. She approaches every encounter as an opportunity to learn and connect, calling her rivals “BFFs” — Battle Friends Forever.
Accompanied by her loyal lemurs, Vanilla and Cacao, who act as messengers of the Silver Fighting God, Miary Zo travels the world seeking new challenges and friendships through combat.
Explore the New “Baobab Horizon” Stage
Alongside Miary Zo’s arrival, players will also gain access to a breathtaking new stage — Baobab Horizon. Inspired by Bandai Namco’s development trips to Madagascar, this lush arena features vast landscapes of ancient baobab trees and native wildlife, delivering one of TEKKEN 8’s most visually immersive environments yet.
The Baobab Horizon stage will be available to Year 2 Character and Stage Pass owners and can also be purchased individually.
