Fans of Westeros have finally received their first full look at the next chapter of the Targaryen civil war, with HBO unveiling the official trailer for Season 3 of House of the Dragon.
The highly anticipated fantasy drama returns on Monday, June 22, 2026, with the new eight-episode season streaming exclusively on HBO Max. New episodes will be released weekly, culminating in the season finale on August 10, 2026.

The newly released trailer promises a season packed with dragon warfare, political intrigue and devastating battles as the conflict between Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen and the Greens escalates into full-scale war. Early previews suggest viewers can expect some of the most ambitious action sequences ever seen in the franchise.
