Graze Hosts Free ‘Go Graze’ Picnic, Yoga and Run Sessions in London

Snacking brand Graze is bringing Londoners together for a series of free, active and social events this September. The ‘Go Graze’ sessions are designed to combine wellness, movement, and delicious snacks, offering a chance to get moving and indulge responsibly. Guests can expect yoga, running, and alfresco picnics, all led by wellness influencers and accompanied by complimentary Graze goodies.

The events will highlight the versatility of Graze’s snack range, providing fuel for every part of the day while giving Londoners the opportunity to connect, exercise, and unwind. Each session will include branded items such as tote bags, yoga mats, or picnic blankets, alongside a selection of Graze snacks to keep participants energised.

Here are the sessions taking place:

  • Go Picnic – Saturday 13th September, 11am–1:30pm at Lincoln’s Inn Fields
    Hosted by TikTok and Instagram influencer Sophie Jones, this outdoor session will feature games, snacks, and a relaxed picnic atmosphere. The first 25 groups will receive a picnic blanket to make the afternoon even more memorable.
  • Go Yoga – Monday 15th September, 8am–8:45am at FRAME Kings Cross
    Yoga instructor Ruben DeMonte will guide participants through a mindful beginner’s session, encouraging a calm and energised start to the day. Attendees will each receive a branded yoga mat to take home.
  • Go Run – Tuesday 23rd September, 6pm–7:30pm at The Coffee Studio, Wandsworth
    Led by influencer Georgia Brown, this scenic 5K evening run through Battersea Park and along the River Thames combines fitness and community. The first 25 runners will be gifted a Graze tote bag containing a running vest, cap, water bottle, and snacks.
