Burger chain Five Guys has officially launched its new loyalty scheme, giving customers across England, Scotland and Wales access to exclusive rewards, free food offers and member-only treats without needing to download an app.
The new programme, called Five Guys Rewards, is now available nationwide across the brand’s 176 UK restaurants and is designed to reward both regular customers and first-time visitors with offers after almost every visit.
Fans can sign up online through Five Guys UK or in-store, with new members instantly receiving free Little or Regular Fries as a welcome reward.
Five Guys Rewards Launches With App-Free Loyalty System
Unlike many restaurant loyalty schemes, Five Guys Rewards uses a wallet-based system instead of a dedicated app. Rewards are delivered directly to customers’ Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, making it quicker and easier to redeem offers during future visits.
According to the company, members who scan their Rewards Pass and spend at least £7 will receive a new reward loaded into their wallet for their next order.
