Echo Falls is adding a bold new flavour to its Fruit Fusion range – and this one is bright green, sour and ready to glow.
Following the viral success of its Blue Raspberry flavour, Echo Falls has unveiled its latest Fruit Fusion creation: Sour Apple.
Designed to deliver a nostalgic sweet-meets-sour taste, the new wine combines crisp green apple flavours with a sharp sour kick. And while the flavour is certainly bold, the packaging is arguably just as eye-catching, with the bottle featuring a glow-in-the-dark design.
Launching as summer draws to a close, Sour Apple looks set to tap into the fun, playful drinks trend that has helped make Fruit Fusion a hit with younger wine drinkers.
Echo Falls Sour Apple: What Does It Taste Like?
The new Sour Apple Fruit Fusion brings together juicy green apple and a tangy sour finish, offering a twist on traditional fruit-forward wines.
The electric green colour gives the drink an instantly recognisable look, while the glow-in-the-dark packaging adds an extra element of fun – particularly as Halloween approaches.
The launch follows the success of Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, which helped establish Fruit Fusion as a more experimental addition to the brand’s portfolio.
Tom Smith, Marketing and Category Director – Europe at Vinarchy, said the response to Blue Raspberry helped shape the decision to introduce another bold flavour.
“After the response to Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, we knew the next flavour needed to be just as bold and exciting.”
He added that the combination of sweet and sour flavours and glow-in-the-dark packaging gives Sour Apple its own personality.

When Is Echo Falls Sour Apple Available?
Echo Falls Sour Apple will launch as a wholesale exclusive from September 2026, before receiving a nationwide grocery rollout from October.
The new 750ml bottle has an ABV of 9% and will have an RRP of £6.
