Are you ready for your new year fitness challenge? Charlotte Crosby launches her brand new fitness app, Blitz n Burn. The app initially offers 25 gruelling workouts, with new routines added each month to ensure exciting and challenging exercises, along with diet plans and an interactive element where the trainers can provide online support to individual users. The app was created alongside her trainers David Souter and Richard Callender, and is being produced by Kevin Foster-Wiltshire of Powah.
Charlotte first arrived on our screens almost 11 years ago as a founding cast member of brand new MTV show Geordie Shore where her bubbly personality and raw honesty saw Charlotte become the show’s most popular cast member. In 2013 her unique charm saw her win Celebrity Big Brother, going on to have own shows on TLC and MTV Charlotte is a Sunday Times bestselling author and social media sensation.
During the first lockdown in March 2020, Charlotte fell back in love with fitness and is now ready to take the app store by storm and share her fitness journey.
Celebrity fitness trainer and certified nutritionist Kevin Foster-Wiltshire has created the fitness app working closely with Charlotte. The former Reebok master trainer, who won an award for innovation in the UK fitness industry, has a decade of experience in creating online fitness platforms.
Now the owner of Powah, a company which specialises in working with celebrities and influencers as a one-stop shop to help create their professional online fitness platforms, Kevin has teamed up with Charlotte, Richard and David to create brand new fun but effective workouts as well as provide live coaching support for members of the app to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
