Bluebird, the iconic Chelsea hotspot, has teamed up with renowned British tech brand Everrati to celebrate their shared heritage in the automotive industry. This collaboration kicks off in September with a special limited-edition menu and a stunning showcase of Everrati’s Mercedes-Benz W113 SL “Pagoda”, the display coinciding with the acclaimed Goodwood Revival held from 6th to 8th September.
Chelsea locals will recognize Bluebird’s storied history, originally opening in 1923 as the Bluebird Motor Company. The company became renowned for innovation, creating the Bluebird car which set the land speed record in 1964. The restaurant therefore sets the perfect scene to honour past, present, and future of the motor world alongside Everrati, best known for redefining some of the most notable, sustainable luxury electric cars in the world.
Between 6th and 8th September, overlapping with Goodwood Revival, guests will have the opportunity to view Everatti’s Mercedes-Benz W113 SL “Pagoda” on the restaurant’s courtyard, fittingly in front of the former The Bluebird Garage.
The occasion will also mark the launch of the exclusive new menu available for the duration of September. Chef Owen’s Salted Caramel Smokestack serves as a menu highlight, offering a dessert creation of Salted Caramel and Chocolate Crèmeux, Tatin Apples, and Smoked Almond Ice Cream.
Car enthusiasts can toast the legacy of the Bluebird Chelsea with the exclusive cocktail, The Bluebird, which blends Honey Vermouth, Vermouth Bianco, Tanqueray Sevilla, Orange Bitters, and Blue Curacao – a touch of the old along with a splash of the new, perfectly exemplifying the spirit of Bluebird.
For car enthusiasts, foodies, and experience chasers alike, Bluebird’s landmark collaboration with Everrati is not one to miss.
You can find out more about the partnership and book in at Bluebird Chelsea, 350 King’s Road, London SW3 5UU. The special limited menu edition is available throughout September.
