Beloved British restaurant chain Bill’s has teamed up with viral chef and content creator Poppy O’Toole – better known online as Poppy Cooks – to launch a limited-edition, potato-inspired menu across the UK.

Celebrating Bill’s 25th anniversary, the collaboration lands in all 49 locations nationwide from 13 April to 8 June, combining the restaurant’s signature feel-good dining with the bold, indulgent flavours that have made Poppy one of the UK’s most recognisable food personalities.

A Viral Chef Brings Her Recipes To Real-life Menus

Known to millions as the “Potato Queen”, Poppy has built a loyal following across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, thanks to her creative takes on comfort food classics. This collaboration marks the first time her recipes have been brought from social media into a nationwide restaurant setting.

Speaking about the partnership, Poppy said Bill’s has long been a personal favourite, praising its “cosy, feel-good energy” and comforting menu.

“It’s the first time people can walk into a restaurant and actually order something I’ve created,” she explained. “Seeing people enjoy my dishes in real life is surreal – a proper ‘I’ve made it’ moment.”

What’s On The Bill’s X Poppy Cooks Menu?

The limited-edition menu features three exclusive dishes, each centred around the humble potato:

  • Poppy’s Burger – A beef patty topped with a crispy smashed hash brown, caramelised onions, cheese and house sauce in a linseed bun, served with seasoned tater tots.
  • Poppy’s Loaded Tater Tots – Golden tater tots piled with crispy bacon, crumbled feta, chilli and a hot maple drizzle.
  • Poppy’s Crispy Smash Potato Salad – Garlic and herb smashed baby potatoes with pickled onions and a sour cream and chive dressing.

The standout? According to Poppy, it’s the smash potato salad – inspired by one of her most viral recipes and rarely seen on restaurant menus.

Cocktails And Collaborations

To complement the menu, Bill’s has also partnered with premium drinks brands Casamigos and Ron Santiago de Cuba to introduce two limited-edition cocktails:

  • Watermelon & Basil Margarita
  • Pineapple & Matcha Daiquiri

These additions aim to elevate the comfort food offering with a fresh, summery twist.

A Milestone Year For Bill’s

The collaboration comes during a period of strong growth for Bill’s. In 2025, the brand opened its largest-ever restaurant at Westfield Stratford City and announced a new location at Heathrow Airport, continuing its nationwide expansion.
