Luxury Belgian chocolatier Neuhaus has unveiled a brand-new chocolate mousse experience for summer, offering a sophisticated alternative to traditional ice cream. Available exclusively at selected boutiques in the UK, the indulgent new dessert is designed for chocolate lovers looking for something rich, refreshing and easy to enjoy on the go.
The seasonal launch is now available at Neuhaus boutiques in Covent Garden, Bath and Harrogate.
Two Decadent Flavours for Chocolate Fans
The new mousse collection arrives in two signature flavours, each crafted to deliver a different chocolate experience.
The Milk Chocolate Mousse offers a silky, creamy texture with soft comforting notes that melt effortlessly on the tongue, while the Dark Chocolate Mousse delivers a deeper cocoa flavour profile with a refined bitterness aimed at more sophisticated chocolate palates.
Personalised Toppings and an Edible Spoon
Customers can customise each mousse cup with one of three premium toppings, adding extra texture and flavour to the experience. Options include buttery caramel d’Isigny pieces, vibrant raspberry flakes, or delicately caramelised almonds.
Neuhaus has also focused on presentation and sustainability, serving each mousse with a crisp edible biscuit spoon designed to elevate the luxury summer treat.
Prices start at £4.50 for one scoop with topping, while two scoops with topping are priced at £7.

The mousse collection is available all year round at the Neuhaus boutique in Bath, while the Covent Garden and Harrogate locations will stock the dessert until the end of August.
