Bank Holiday Cocktail Recipes From Brothers Cider

The last bank holiday of the season is nearly upon us, so it’s time to relax and bid farewell to the summer with a cooling cocktail. Brothers Cider has two new recipes that are the perfect choice to unwind with before the cooler weather makes an appearance, and are full of refreshing summer flavours!

Marshmallow Cider and Raspberry Cooler

Ingredients

  • Plenty of ice
  • 50g fresh raspberries
  • 30ml vodka
  • 200ml Brothers Marshmallow Cider
  • Mint to garnish

Method – Serves 1

  • Add raspberries and vodka to a tall glass and muddle
  • Add plenty of ice
  • Top with Brothers Marshmallow Cider
  • Garnish with a fresh raspberry and mint

 

Rhubarb and Custard Summer Fizz

 

Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized strawberries, quartered
  • 30ml elderflower syrup
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 dashes of rhubarb bitters
  • 100ml Brothers Rhubarb & Custard Cider
  • Lemon slice to garnish

Method – serves 2

  • Add plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add half of the quartered strawberries, elderflower syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice and rhubarb bitters and shake well.
  • Pour into a glass, add the remainder of the strawberries and top with Brothers Rhubarb & Custard Cider.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon.
