Aviary is showing other rooftops how a real London summer is done this year. Perched above Finsbury Square, the tenth-floor venue has partnered with PATRÓN Tequila to rework its terrace into a seasonal skyline sanctuary of frozen margaritas, sunset cocktails, and energetic golden-hour gatherings that drift well into the warmer evenings ahead.
Running throughout the summer months alongside a packed program of DJs and live entertainment, the PATRÓN collaboration has brought with it a dedicated frozen margarita station, and a bespoke cocktail menu for the best ways to enjoy the spirit.
Highlights include the Spicy Green Margarita, which combines PATRÓN Reposado with pineapple, mint, coriander, lemongrass, and green bullet chilli, alongside an elevated Paloma featuring apple eau-de-vie, agave, lime, and grapefruit soda. Elsewhere, the Anise in Bloom pairs tequila with absinthe, fennel and mint syrup, apricot, and lime, while the Frozen Tommy’s Margarita keeps things classic with PATRÓN Silver, agave, and fresh lime.
Beyond the cocktails, Aviary will also continue to treat weekend visitors to its popular Birdsong Brunch, famous for its seafood sharing towers, free-flowing drinks, and live entertainment. Aviary will also continue to host a series of rooftop music events in partnership with Mixmag, while serving up food from its menu of elevated comfort dishes that showcase seasonal British produce and grills, all cooked over embers in the charcoal Josper oven.
Located atop Montcalm Royal London House, Aviary has grown to be one of the City’s leading rooftop destinations for casual drinks, post-work cocktails, and lively weekends alike. The expansive open-air terrace draws in locals and London visitors with its panoramic views, all-day dining, and inventive drinks, creating one of the capital’s most compelling spots to watch the sun go down – no matter what the season.
Aviary can be found at Montcalm Royal London House, 22-25 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DX. Find out more about the venue and book your space right here.
