A new captain is announced at Real Madrid as LaLiga breaks for the summer

At the end of an exciting season in LaLiga, Real Madrid has officially announced the new captain in centre-back Nacho Fernandez, following Karim Benzene’s departure from Real Madrid. Having grown up at the club since making his debut in 2011, the Spaniard has assisted his side to numerous LaLiga titles, Champions League and Copa Del Rey trophies. Fernandez has spent a lot of his career as a defender either right or left back.

Real Madrid has announced some new players coming in for recruitment, like left-ack Fran García and winger Brahim Díaz.

Sevilla FC has announced that head coach Jose Luis Mendilibar, has signed a one-year contract extension which will keep him with the club until 2024. After stepping in in March, Mendilibar has transformed the teams form and has received a one-year contract until next summer. The Europa League champions have announced a current loan signing Loic Bade, which will become permanent which will sign him to the club until 2027.
