What to drink now: Bacardi’s Spring cocktails

Bacardi have given us some of their top recipes to put a spring back in your step. Albeit indoors…

 

BACARDÍ Hot Cross Rum

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Spiced
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • 25ml Hot cross bun syrup
  • 50ml cream
  • 50ml soda water

Shake ingredients well. Serve in a highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg on top.

 

BACARDÍ Ginger Treacle

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Ginger
  • 25ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 1 tsp Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp Muscovado sugar

Pour all ingredients into a  rocks glass, stir and garnish  with apple fan.

 

St-Germain Spritz

  • 40ml St-Germain
  • 60ml sparkling wine (Champagne or Prosecco)
  • 60ml sparkling water

Mix the ingredients over ice in a Collins glass and garnish with a lemon spritz. Vive l’Apéritif!

 

GREY GOOSE Leafy Green

  • 35ml Grey Goose
  • 15ml Elderflower cordial
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash of Chartreuse
  • 1 dash of soda water

Combine spirits and juices in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a celery stick.

 

MARTINI Non-Acoholic Vibrante & Tonic

  • 75ml Vibrante
  • 75ml tonic
  • Orange Wheel  (garnish)

Combine 75ml of Vibrante with 75ml tonic over a generous serving of ice in a balloon glass and an orange wheel to garnish.

 

Bombay Bramble

  • 50ml BOMBAY BRAMBLE
  • 25ml freshly pressed lemon juice
  • A lemon wedge (garnish)
  • Fresh raspberries / blackberries (garnish)

Pour all ingredients into a Rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and berries

 

Redwood Swizzle

  • 25ml St Germain
  • 25ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
  • 15ml lemongrass syrup
  • 20ml lime juice

Add all ingredients to a highball glass over crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with a mint sprig.
