Renowned for its iconic orange colour and it’s refreshing, bittersweet taste, the Aperol Spritz is the ultimate Italian introduction to add a little joy to any evening – wherever you are, whatever the weather.

Here is our recipe to the ultimate Aperol Spritz;

Ingredients:

• 75ml Prosecco
• 50ml Aperol
• A splash of soda water (25ml)
• Orange slice

Make it:

1. Take a large wine glass
2. Fill it with ice
3. First pour Prosecco
4. Add the Aperol
5. Top with a dash of soda
6. Garnish with a slice of orange
7. And enjoy with friends
