Livat Hammersmith is celebrating Earth Month 2026 in style with the return of its popular circular living event, The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend — a completely free three-day experience dedicated to sustainability, creativity, and conscious consumption.
Taking place from 24th–26th April 2026 (11am–4pm daily) in the Livat Atrium, the event invites Londoners to rethink waste, refresh their wardrobes, and rediscover the value of pre-loved items through swapping, repairing, and upcycling.
A Free Celebration of Circular Living in West London
As sustainability continues to shape modern lifestyles, The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend is designed to make circular living both accessible and fun. Visitors can bring unwanted items, exchange them for “swap credits,” and take home pre-loved treasures — all without spending a penny.
The event forms part of Livat Hammersmith’s wider commitment to community-driven sustainability and Earth Month awareness, aligning with global efforts to reduce waste and promote reuse.
Swap, Style and Re-Love: What to Expect
At the heart of the weekend is the Swap Shop, a cash-free space where guests can exchange gently used items and give them a second life.
Swap Shop Highlights Include:
- Clothing and shoes
- Accessories
- Books and toys
- Small homeware items
Visitors receive swap credits based on what they bring in, which can then be used to “shop” for pre-loved pieces discovered on site.
Hands-On Sustainability at the Renew Station
Running alongside the Swap Shop, Livat’s Renew Station Workshop offers a series of free creative sessions designed to help visitors personalise and repair items rather than discard them.
Drop-in Experiences Across the Weekend:
Quick Tailor Repair Station
Bring up to two clothing items for quick repairs and extend their lifespan.
Revive Station
Refresh your wardrobe by swapping up to five clean, wearable items and exchanging them for tokens to choose pre-loved alternatives.
Reuse Exchange
Swap books, toys, and small homeware items — up to five per person — and discover hidden gems in return.
Free Creative Workshops Every Day
Alongside the swap activities, visitors can book into hands-on workshops at the Renew Station:
- Friday 24th April: Paint and personalise your own pocket mirror
- Saturday 25th April: Create a bag or phone charm
- Sunday 26th April: Sew your own canvas bag
These workshops are designed to encourage creativity while promoting reuse and sustainable design thinking.
100 Free Tote Bags Giveaway
To celebrate the weekend, Livat Hammersmith will also be giving away 100 free tote bags. Visitors simply need to visit the Atrium, scan the QR code, and sign up to the Livat newsletter to claim one.
