Joe Kay is the visionary behind Soulection, serving as both founder and creative director. Beyond building the collective into a cultural movement, Joe has released his own music, including his debut EP If Not Now, Then When? in 2025. The six-track project blends R&B, soul, dub, and Afrobeat-inspired rhythms, featuring collaborations with artists such as Karri, Cruza, Arin Ray, Dylan Sinclair, and Sinéad Harnett.
