This October, award-winning master pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud will lend his craft to a cause close to many, turning his much-loved signature cake pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Available from 1st – 31st October at Nicolas Rouzaud at The Connaught and Nicolas Rouzaud, Maison de Haute Pâtisserie, Doha, at Four Seasons – The Pearl-Qatar, and at the Place Vendôme, Qatar, the limited-edition creation will see his exquisite signature entremet dressed in pink. A delicate balance of vanilla mousse, raspberry compote, lemon curd, génoise sponge, and almond crunch, this indulgent dessert offers the perfect harmony of texture and flavour – with a seasonal, symbolic twist.
The cake will be priced at £14 takeaway / £17 dine-in, with 20% of all sales throughout October donated directly to Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s leading breast cancer research and support charity.
