Michael Jackson fans and music memorabilia collectors will have the chance to own a piece of pop history this October, as Michael Jackson’s stage-worn crystal glove goes under the hammer as part of Propstore’s major Music Live Auction.
The iconic glove, worn by Michael Jackson during the Jacksons’ legendary 1984 Victory Tour, is expected to be one of the standout lots at the two-day auction, which will feature more than 800 lots with a combined estimated value of £3 million.
Taking place in the UK on October 1 and 2, 2026, the auction will bring together an extensive selection of memorabilia connected to some of the biggest names in music history, with collectors around the world able to bid online, by telephone or through absentee bids.
Michael Jackson’s Victory Tour Crystal Glove
At the centre of the collection is a custom-made crystal glove worn by Michael Jackson during the Jacksons’ 1984 Victory Tour.
The distinctive right-hand glove is estimated to sell for between £40,000 and £80,000, making it one of the most valuable pieces in the auction.
The Victory Tour arrived during an extraordinary period in Jackson’s career. Taking place at the height of the unprecedented success of Thriller, the tour marked Jackson’s final performances alongside his brothers before he increasingly focused on his hugely successful solo career.
Designed by renowned celebrity designer Bill Whitten, the white cotton glove was hand-embellished with Swarovski crystals, allowing it to catch the stage lights while complementing Jackson’s famously precise movements and gestures.
The glove was later gifted backstage to a member of the Victory Tour’s marketing and ticketing team following one of three sold-out performances at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Adding further provenance to the piece, the glove comes with a letter of authenticity from Artistic Beads & Studio LLC. Founder Stella Ruata and her team were responsible for much of the Swarovski beadwork used on Jackson’s gloves and jackets during the Victory Tour period.
For fans of Jackson’s instantly recognisable stage style, the piece offers a rare connection to one of the most important periods of his career.
More Michael Jackson Memorabilia Up for Auction
The crystal glove isn’t the only major Michael Jackson item heading to auction.
Another highlight is Jackson’s one-of-a-kind customised Sailors varsity jacket, which is estimated at £25,000–£50,000.
The jacket was worn by Jackson during a 1993 visit to a children’s hospital in Washington and was later gifted to Bhatti.
Collectors will also have the opportunity to bid on a black fedora thrown into the audience during a 1993 Dangerous World Tour performance at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca.
The fedora has an estimated value of £10,000–£20,000, offering another rare piece of memorabilia from Jackson’s celebrated touring career.
Together, the three pieces cover several important stages of Jackson’s career, from the global phenomenon surrounding Thriller and the Victory Tour through to his later Dangerous era.

The Michael Jackson pieces form part of Propstore’s Music Live Auction, which will feature more than 800 lots from across the world of music.
With a combined estimated value of around £3 million, the sale is set to attract collectors looking for everything from stage-worn clothing and accessories to rare items connected to landmark performances.
Mark Hochman, Propstore’s Music Specialist, said the Victory Tour crystal glove represents a particularly significant moment in Jackson’s career.
“Michael Jackson’s crystal glove is one of the most recognisable symbols in music history, and this example comes from a pivotal moment in his career.”
Hochman added that the glove was worn during the Victory Tour at the height of Thriller’s success, describing the collection of Jackson memorabilia as pieces that span some of the most important eras of his career.
Free Michael Jackson Memorabilia Exhibition Coming to London
Before the auction begins, fans will have the opportunity to get a closer look at selected lots in person.
Propstore will host a free public exhibition at The Cumberland Hotel in London from September 24–27, 2026.
The exhibition will give music fans and collectors the chance to see highlights from the auction up close before the memorabilia goes under the hammer in October.
