INTRODUCING THE SEIKO PROSPEX SOLAR DIVER: A FUSION OF HERITAGE AND INNOVATION

Introducing the Seiko Prospex Solar Diver, a timepiece that represents Seiko’s rich diving heritage that has grown since 1965 when the brand created Japan’s first ever diver’s watch. The case design of the new watch has been reconfigured to allow for its beautiful finishing to take centre stage. Additionally, the technical advancement of the solar charging calibre of this watch allows for a particularly slim case design of only 11.3mm.

Engineered for functionality, the Seiko Prospex Solar Diver has a power reserve of up to 10 months on a full charge and accuracy within +/- 15 seconds per month, it ensures precise timekeeping in all conditions. Shielded by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and combined with Lumibrite-coated hands and indices, the watch provides outstanding visibility for both underwater and on-land excursions. With an in-house built Solar Diver, the watch is rechargeable in both natural and artificial light conditions.

The Seiko Prospex Solar Diver will be available for pre-order from the 9th of October at Seikoboutique.co.uk, £470-£530.
