Houston-based, rising R&B singer and songwriter, Jack Freeman, announced he is joining Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Kenyon Dixon on his The R&B You Love Tour. Freeman will be featured on six of the 12 tour dates, beginning on July 9th in Chicago, IL. and ending on July 25th in New York, NY. Additional cities include Atlanta, Charlotte, D.C. and Philadelphia.
Earlier this year, Jack Freeman unveiled his third studio album Nina, released by Freeman Brand and Bryan-Michael Cox’s (B.Cox) creative content company, Illustrate New Ideas, and distributed by Venice Music. Co-produced by Grammy Award-winning songwriter, producer and executive, B. Cox, Nina succeeds Freeman’s debut single, “Shine” and his sultry second single “U N D R E S S.” Recently, he teamed up with Grammy Award-winning male R&B group Jagged Edge, for the remix of his sultry second single “U N D R E S S,” available on all music streaming platforms.
The debut of Nina marked the beginning of an album series from Freeman inspired by Black women, featuring tracks that delve into themes of relationships, love, and pain. Throughout the album, he explored various moods and tempos. Accompanied by house, bounce, and chopped-and-screwed remixes, Nina is the most sonically ambitious collection in his catalog and is a captivating showcase of the breadth of his artistry.
