The Sommelier will also be able to advise upon the finest English Sparkling Wine to toast to the graduate including Sussex specialities such as Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs and regional favourites from the likes of Coates and Seely and Hush Heath.

HOME | Leeds
Graduation is a wonderful occasion and the perfect time to enjoy a celebratory meal at Leeds favourite HOME. Behind an unassuming door above a busy Leeds street, HOME is a haven of warm hospitality, bold seasonal flavours and relaxed refinement.
Launched in 2017 by Masterchef semi-finalist Elizabeth Cottam and Michelin-starred Head Chef Mark Owens, HOME’s unique take on fine dining is a a multi- course exploration of the season. A love for the surrounding landscape and the produce it provides is the source of inspiration for ‘The Season’ tasting menu at HOME. Liz and Mark nurture a warm, welcoming environment in both the restaurant and the kitchen, creating a wonderful dining experience that their guests will remember fondly forever.
‘The Season’ tasting menu is presented in around 10 dishes and is priced at £65-£90 per person. On lunchtimes and weekday evenings HOME offers ‘The Selection’, a condensed menu of ‘The Season’s’ dishes available for £45- £55 per person. Accompanying wine flights are available.

Quaglino’s Bar, synonymous with style, glamour and great cocktails since its establishment in 1929, is the perfect destination to celebrate London’s 2019 graduates.
Earlier this year, the team launched Q Bar menu in the heart of its stunning restaurant that serves up bottled classic cocktails inspired by the greatest artists and songs of the past that are perfect for groups to share. Titled All Time Classics, this expertly devised menu by Marco Sangion (bar manager) and Federico Pasian (head mixologist) features 10 bottled cocktails, served by the glass or by the bottle.
