What To Drive Now: Honda Jazz

Packed with possibilities. The Jazz’s bold, contemporary design maximises on style without compromising on practicality. Agile and aerodynamic, the Jazz is not only distinctive in appearance but offers unmatched performance, with a purposeful 1.3 litre i-VTEC engine.

We had the opportunity to drive The Jazz and found it easy, comfortable and a great choice for first-time drivers. The size is great – easy to park but also substantial enough to make you feel not too exposed like some other small cars out there. There was plenty of room in the boot for our shopping trip and even for car seats to take the niece and nephew out. The visibility is excellent and you feel like you have a good outlook at all times.

Built around the individual. In addition to the Jazz’s striking exterior design, the cars carefully considered interior offers comfort and practicality, in particular with the Magic Seats – which dive into the car floor with one swift movement and transform the backseat into a perfect storage solution.

A drive for life. Honda’s commitment to keeping drivers safe on the road is evident throughout our vehicles, and Jazz’s Advanced Driver Assistance System technology is a testament to this. For example, the Lane Departure Warning alerts you if your Jazz deviates from a lane without indication and the Forward Collision Warning detects if the car is about to have an impact and warns the driver. The Jazz’s additional safety features include Vehicle Stability Assist, Hill Start Assist and Brake Assist.

Harmony between man and machine. Honda’s ‘Man Maximum, Machine Minimum’ philosophy aims to maximise space for people and find the perfect balance between man and machine. True to this mantra, the Honda Jazz has combined agile handling, sleek design and clever storage solutions to deliver a personalised drive like no other.
