 Originally created by Dean Martin at Chasen’s in Beverley Hills, this legendary drink has a Hollywood feel and showcases how well sherry Paris with wheat vodka. Light, dry and crisp. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml GREY GOOSE Vodka
  • +Rinse of Fino Sherry

METHOD

  • Stir the spirits into a cocktail shaker
  • Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass
  • Set aflame an orange zest over the drink, then use as a garnish
