Carolina 

Recipe

  • 50ml Patrón Silver tequila
  • 25ml Triple sec
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Rose Orgeat Spray of Rose perfume + Violet flower to garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass
  3. Garnish with a violet flower

Recipe

  • 45ml Patrón Silver tequila
  • 15ml Patrón Citronge Orange
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 7ml Simple Syrup
  • + Lime wedge for garnish
  • + Kosher salt (optional)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill
  2. Strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel

 


Mango Margarita

Recipe

  • 40ml Patrón Silver tequila
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 20ml Agave syrup
  • 2 barspoon Smooth mango chutney + Baby poppadum with chutney to garnish Method

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a baby coupe glass
  3. Garnish with a baby poppadum topped with chutney

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  2. Double strain into a coupette glass.
  3. Garnish the rim with chilli and celery salt.
