What To drink Now: Patrón

The Patrón Old Fashioned is created with Patrón Añejo tequila, a smooth and sweet delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas, aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, forming the perfect cocktail to enjoy in the transitioning Autumn evenings.

Patrón Añejo is a 100% weber blue agave tequila that has been aged for 12-15 months, and is the perfect tequila for whiskey drinkers looking to try something new and branch out.

Over a double old-fashioned glass, use a vegetable peeler to take off two strips of orange zest, making sure to express the oil into the glass.

Add Patrón Añejo tequila, sugar syrup, and bitters.

Add ice—the biggest cubes you can find—and stir.

Adjust sweetness to taste.

60ml Patrón Añejo tequila

10 ml Sugar syrup

1 dash Bitters

+ Orange peel for garnish
