What To Drink Now: OSU

Add a powerful anti-oxidant punch to your daily health and wellness routine with this refreshing and uplifting way to enjoy your OSU Apple Cider Vinegar.

Made with OSU blended with cherry juice, organic vanilla and honey and served with whole frozen cherries “on the rocks”, our OSU Cherry Cooler recipe is a great way to add natural variety to your daily OSU ritual.

Honey is not only known for its sweet taste but also antibacterial properties, making it the perfect natural remedy for sore throats. Honey is also claimed to be just as good, if not better, than glucose in boosting endurance during exercise.

The vanilla extract not only enhances flavour but is also claimed to have many healing benefits, as a result of it being rich in antioxidants which help stimulate the body’s natural regrowth.

Cherry juice is not just delicious but is also packed full of nutrients such as potassium and iron which aid in muscle recovery and help to promote a strong immune system. Cherry juice is also a great source of anthocyanins which have been shown to aid the anti-inflammatory process in the body, making it the perfect choice to pair with OSU Apple Cider Vinegar as healthful part of your daily routine.
