What to drink now: No. 3

Despite the freezing weather, we are getting ready for Spring and have three great cocktail recipes from No.3 Dry Gin to get you in the mood for the new season.

 

Rosé Martini

Ingredients

  • 60ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Lustau Rosé Vermut
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist. 

 


The White Lady

Ingredients

  • 45ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 1 Lemon
  • Ice

Method

  1. Measure out 45ml No. 3 London Dry Gin, 5ml Triple Sec, 25ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup and 25ml Egg White into a cocktail shaker.
  2. First, shake your ingredients without ice. Next add ice and shake again. Double strain the White Lady mixture into a chilled coupette glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

St James’s Spritz

Ingredients 

  • 35ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 125ml Crémant
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • Ice

Method

  1. Fill your large wine glass with ice, add your ingredients, stir gently and top with a little more crémant.
  2. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
