What To Drink Now: Liquorette launches London’s first self-service cocktail bar

Liquorette, the ultimate cocktail destination, hailing from design firm AvroKO, is bringing the first self-service cocktail bar to London. You can press for Champagne and pour your own pint in the capital, but Liquorette is taking self-service beyond the novelty with what they do best – delectable cocktails. There’ll be brand new fresh bottled cocktails on arrival and the opportunity to pour-your-own cocktails on tap!

Enjoy the simple self-service experience and pour a fresh ‘All Star Cocktail’ for yourself from the taps. Expertly crafted by local rockstar bartenders there’s something for everyone. The range changes every four months, and the current selection are all spritzes perfect for the summer, from the ‘Monkey See Monkey Do’ with tropical lime and banana flavours, to the refreshing and floral ‘Nordic Spritz’ with Absolut Elyx vodka, lillet rose and Champagne. Select your favourite cocktail, there’ll be glasses, garnishes, fun retro stirrers and everything you need for whichever flavour you choose.

Or why not grab a chilled bottled cocktail, bottle of beer or wine from the ice baths to take to your table? Liquorette will keep an eye on the empties so forget about the tab, grab what you like and settle up at the end. Don’t worry, there’ll be a guide on-hand to help you through the process, it’s easy!

This new offering is all part of Liquorette’s belief that cocktail culture should be accessible to everyone.
