This week we are bringing you some delicious cocktail recipes from Jack Daniel’s and Chambord.
Tennessee Bee’s Knees
- 25ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
- 25ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
- 25 ml fresh orange juice
- 12.5ml lemon
- 12.5ml honey
Method: Shake & strain
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Lemon or orange twist
Fire Cracker
- 50 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 50ml apple juice
- Top with cider
Method: Stir
Glass: Beer glass
Burnt Apple Jack
- 50 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire
- Top with Appletiser
Method: Build
Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: 2 lemon wedges
Same old fizz or a Chambord Royale?
You take the fizz, you top with Chambord, and puff! Now watch your bubbles bloom.
Ingredients
- 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 125ml Champagne, prosecco or cava
- A raspberry (to garnish)
Method
Pour your favourite fizz into a flute glass and top with Chambord. Garnish with a raspberry.
The usual gin or a Chambord Bramble?
Ingredients
- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 25ml gin
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- Lemon wedge
- Crushed ice
Method
Take a glass that is short and fill to the top with crushed ice. Pour in gin and lemon juice, stir and add Chambord. Finish with a lemon wedge hat.
The same old gin or a Chambord Collins?
Ingredients
- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 35ml gin
- The juice of two lemon wedges
- Ice cubes
- Soda
Method
Pour in your gin and mix with Chambord. Add the juice of two lemon wedges, fill your glass with ice, and then top with soda.
A standard vodka or a French Martini?
Take pineapple juice and shake, shake, shake it with Chambord and vodka. And behold! You have the French Martini.
Ingredients
- 20ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 40ml vodka
- 60ml pineapple juice
Method
Vigorously shake Chambord with vodka, pineapple juice and plenty of ice.
