Here’s how to make a BACARDÍ Piña Colada, with BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum.
PINA COLADA INGREDIENTS: 50ml
BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum 35ml
Fresh Coconut Water 25ml
Fresh Pineapple Juice 4 Chunks of Fresh Pineapple 2tsp Caster Sugar Garnish
Pineapple Wedge & Pineapple Leaf
HOW TO MAKE A PINA COLADA
Place pineapple chunks & sugar in a shaker tin & muddle lightly.
Pour pineapple juice & coconut water into the tin & stir briefly to dissolve the sugar.
Pour BACARDÍ Carta Oro Rum into the shaker.
Pour cubed ice into the shaker tin. Shake the cocktail until frosted.
Pour the ingredients over crushed ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & pineapple leaf.
