What To Drink Now: Grey Goose

GREY GOOSE Vodka transformed routine after-work drinks for a group of unsuspecting revelers at The Wigmore Pub on Regent Street, by surprising the crowd with an impromptu stand-up comedy performance from beloved British comedian, writer and actor, Jack Whitehall.

Whitehall’s set offered some light relief in the face of ongoing Brexit negotiations before the comedian jumped behind the bar and served a selection of Grey Goose cocktails to the crowd, joking: I did once work behind a bar, but I got fired because someone clicked their fingers at me, and I called them the c word. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen again, it might put a bit of a dampener on the evening. We’re here to Live Victoriously and have a wonderful, spontaneous, exciting night and I am well down for that.”

Guests enjoyed a selection of cocktails including GREY GOOSE Pomegranate Cosmo; GREY GOOSE Espresso Martini; GREY GOOSE La Poire and Sandalwood Collins and GREY GOOSE Harry’s Mistress.

The second surprise of the evening came as British radio DJ, Clara Amfo followed Jack Whitehall’s stand-up routine with a DJ, reminding the crowd that every moment has the potential to be a moment worth celebrating.

This event in London took place in celebration of the launch of a new global brand platform for GREY GOOSE – Live Victoriously. GREY GOOSE served up cocktails alongside spontaneous stand-up acts, which focused on the new platform’s principal message: to Live Victoriously is to treat yourself like you are the special occasion, worthy of the very best, and the moments to treat yourself can be found right under your nose – even on a Tuesday at 6pm.  Throughout the year, GREY GOOSE will continue to bring together cultural purveyors from different fields across Europe, to disrupt everyday moments in order to inspire people to Live Victoriously.
